I'm Tayfun Öneş
Professional Journey Across 30+ Years in Turkey and Abroad
I have over 30 years of professional experience, both in Turkey and internationally, encompassing roles as an entrepreneur, business owner, and manager across various departments.
I held positions such as Manager, Director, and Board Member in numerous multinational companies. Between 2014 and 2022, I served as the CEO of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in Romania before retiring.
As someone who has always believed in the benefits of internal and external mentoring—and actively engaged in mentoring throughout my career—I’ve enriched my 33 years of accumulated knowledge and experience in recent years through certified coaching training.
Currently, I focus on blending mentoring with coaching techniques under the concept of Coaching-Like Mentorship, aiming to provide more effective support to my clients.
Additionally, through the organization I founded, Ones Academy, I offer various training services tailored to different teams in the business world.
