Dear Career Runner (!)

My advice to you is either love what you do or love your colleagues whom you work with.

If you have at least one of these two loves, you can run short or even medium distances in your career without too much difficulty.

If you are lucky and if you love both the work you do and the colleagues you work with (which means your manager is also lucky) then you may even become a career marathoner!

However, if both are missing. In other words, if you love neither what you do nor the people you work with… Then I hope you have a very few days left for retirement. 😊
