In the hectic pace of corporate life, we can all feel like a tightrope walker at some point; trying to keep many balls in the air at the same time, thinking that balance must be maintained, living with the worry that one of them will fall at any moment….

Moreover, don’t you ever feel like you’re trying to keep the balls in the air when you’re riding on a bicycle? And that you have to keep moving to keep your balance, instead of stopping…
This is exactly how I felt in the early years of my career; however, as the years passed, I realized that it is most important not to work all the time to achieve that balance, but to intelligently and consciously establish a work-life balance.

No matter what sector you are in, it is very important to go beyond what your job expects of you and plan your own social life. I use the word “program” here because your social life should be as planned and carefully designed as your worklife. Just as you would schedule an important meeting at work, plan the activities of the time you have for yourself. This could be a gym routine, regular walks, going to the movies periodically or attending #art events. Even regular coffee dates with friends can be part of this plan.
As long as you have a plan and put it into action.

Nowadays, constantly checking your emails or messages, even when you leave work, actually prevents you from making the transition from work to private life. Therefore, taking a short break from technology (digitaldetox) can be very beneficial for mental renewal. Spending quality time with your loved ones requires not only being together physically, but also being fully with them mentally. Put your phone away and enjoy the moment.

Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones with a Healthy Work-Life Balance!
Remember that taking care of yourself is critical not only for your health, but also for the health and happiness of your loved ones.
Even superheroes take a break once in a while, so don’t forget to make time for yourself and your loved ones.
