First of all and as a mentor, I would like to point out the following : A study by the

University of Liverpool found that mentored employees reported higher levels of

job satisfaction compared to their non-mentored peers. (Please note that it

doesn’t have to be an external mentorship. So you don’t need to come to me! :-))

You can ask someone from your company to be your mentor. Just make sure

that you are not manipulated!)

Another study held in 2019 reported the five aspects below (in order of importance) as “very important” for job satisfaction.

1) Respectful treatment of employees at all levels

2) Pay and compensation

3) Overall benefits

4) Job security

5) Trust between employees and senior management

(Dear Top Management(s), you are the most responsible and accountable ones for your companies’ cultures; why is it so difficult to meet the first expectation?)
